Implementation support needs look like this:
- Your organization is looking for an approach that better serves your community and better engages families.
- You have engaged a program purveyor (or “national center”) that provides training on their evidence-based program, yet something about the materials is not plug-and-play.
- Your organization is seeking to improve your quality assurance system and processes, and identify important service metrics to align with best practices.
- Your community’s coalition of organizations is jointly addressing an identified community need, and an expert consultant is needed to identify and report on established programs to consider.
- Your coalition would like support in planning and implementing interagency alignment of systems, processes, and protocols to better support families.
From exploration to sustainment, my role is to facilitate each step of the process in installing an evidence-based approach into a community for improved child outcomes.
